There was period in my life connected with heavy stress in which at first I have strongly lost weight (could not force itself to eat) and then - has strongly recovered, on 15 kg from the normal weight. This method of weight loss has driven me in some terrible stress, especially when I have already lost weight to the necessary size and wanted to relax, but far from it: each dinner after six, the outlined sit-round gathering with friends, the invitation in cafe - from all this at me spoiled in the evening in advance mood because I knew that I will stick out stomach again next day and to get rid of it for couple of days it will not turn out. So I lived at least two years, drinking in the evening hot tea without sugar when my husband had supper after work, and I wanted to keep it the company. I understood that if I want to be slender, so I should eat all life now, trying to be in time to have supper to six, and wildly being upset if it is necessary to eat in the evening.

It is strange to me to turn around back and to see itself which longs from the fact that she was invited to dinner in cafe. Agree, it is simply ridiculous. Now, if I am hungry, I can eat and at eleven o'clock in the evening - everything will be as it should be. How have I to it come? I tell.

In one really wonderful day, plowing open spaces of the Internet, I have come across video by the girl who works as the fitness instructor, being also and the nutritionist. Thanks to her I have changed the way of life and quietly I support the normal weight, without going crazy in gym (unfortunately, I cannot practically do fitness if to be engaged - that carefully, there is very limited number of exercises which can be done without harm to my health, and I do them quite seldom), behind dining table. In food I do not limit myself.

So, what has helped me to descend with ""I do not eat after six"" and to put metabolism in order:

  • First, I have begun to do physical activities. As I am not able to afford power exercises on legs and hands, and also cardioloading - I manage uprazheniye on muscles of press and gymnastics. There is very remarkable five-minute set of exercises on press (video - below) thanks to which I have quickly found good muscles of press literally month for three regular exercises. Now I carry out this complex of times a week or even more rare, just to support muscles in tone. If you can be engaged in power exercises, it is huge plus both for weight loss, and on future maintenance of normal weight, muscles even at rest burn much more calories, than fat;
  • I have begun to drink water. Many cannot force it to do themselves, say that their organism does not accept so much water (at least it is necessary to drink two liters a day). I could not drink so much too, I poured in myself in water ""but needs must"". Also you know that? Through some time my organism has got used to use water and at first has ceased to resist, then has begun to demand more and more. I am surprised to myself still. Now I easily drink 2.5 liters a day, without forcing myself - it has turned from duty into requirement. Therefore I advise to try not to be given if you chuvsvut that ""does not get"" into you so many water, and to drink, drink, drink... Most likely, as a result you receive the same, as I: organism which cannot leave the house without water small bottle thirst will torment differently. To be honest, it seems to me that the use of such amount of water and allows me not to recover. One more important moment which eternally keeping to diets and not eating after six hesitate to mention aloud, and of which I have got rid thanks to water: when we keep to diet, often the organism does not self-clean as it is necessary to it daily, there are also locks. It is extremely harmful to us. Therefore, I will repeat, it is just necessary to drink water, especially if you keep to diet and have the above-stated problems.
  • I eat five-six times a day. It really works for weight loss and for metabolism acceleration. There are three normal meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner, and two - three having a snack. I will honestly tell - over what I eat, I do not bother, that is I do not cook specially dietary dishes. I cook usual food on all family. We seldom eat fried or mayonnaise salads, and so - we eat usually. I try not to overeat, and as I have noticed on myself, it is much more important, than what I eat. If I would need to lose weight now, I never would go on any diets, and just would rise because of table when I am almost full. It ""almost"" too very well helps to lose weight, without harm for health and without diets.

There are a lot more ways to lose weight and support weight, to disperse metabolism, set of various products and recipes. But I am ordinary quite lazy girl, and for me, the more simply, the better therefore I have selected three points, kotoy I follow, and me it quite enough. I will tell that I so live not less than two years, during this time I began to feel much better as physically (I write off it for the water use), and morally (as there is no stress ""to manage to eat to six"", and the weight does not jump).

One more important point: I never in the life missed breakfast. I Zavtrkat always! It is the law which is not violated under no circumstances. It seems to me, good breakfast helps not to eat harm till lunch if you have no opportunity to have a bite normal food. Based on my observations, among my acquaintances the problems with stomach overtake those who often neglect breakfast. And when problems with stomach begin, already becomes not before weight loss. Therefore protect the health, do not pull down metabolism by diets, systems minus 60 (at the heart of which just the postulate ""is not after six""), it is possible to grow thin and it is necessary intelligently, not only having improved the figure, but also not having spoiled health.
