- Regularly do nutritious masks. They promote strengthening of bulbs. Burdock oil in which red pepper infused is especially useful.

- Regularly have sex. It changes testosterone level in blood and promotes growth of bristle.
- If these methods do not help, then address the andrologist. The long absence of beard and other indumentum on face can be most often caused by delay in development of your organism.
